Well, this month certainly cemented a new chapter in the herd’s history books as after a break from selling females at a Society sale for a whopping 40 years we made the decision to return to the sale ring by entering two heifers at the Spring Parade and Sale at Shrewsbury.
Our two girls certainly didn’t disappoint either, having attracted much interest from our promotional activities on social media we were delighted to sell Glenvale 1 Polly 721 for the top price female of the day at 5200gns and Glenvale 1 Polly 712 for 4600gns, both to HS and I Griffiths and Partners, St Davids, who purchased via internet bidding.
A huge thank you to all the helpers behind the scenes and Will and Caryl who helped steady our nerves on the day.
